Hosting, security, uptime monitoring, and content changes. When you need something updated — text, images, testimonials, pricing — you email us and it’s live within 24–48 hours. There’s no CMS to learn and no lock-in contract. Both plans are on the pricing page.

Most sites are live within 7–10 days of approving the quote — not the 6–12 weeks a traditional agency build takes. Single-page sites are usually the fastest; larger sites take a little longer. You get a firm timeline with your quote — here’s how the week runs.

You see a design preview before the full build, and we revise it until it feels right. If we genuinely can’t land it, you can walk away and your deposit comes back — we’d rather part as friends than hold you to a design you don’t love.

Not at all. Tell us your business details and what you offer, and share any text, images, or logo you already have. Missing pieces don’t block the build — we can work with what you’ve got and refine after launch.

We build static websites: pages served as plain, pre-built files. They load faster, can’t be hacked through plugins, and need no software updates. For a small-business site that changes occasionally, it’s the faster, safer, cheaper option. If your site genuinely needs a CMS, we’ll tell you straight.

Yes. You own your domain, your content, and your site. If you ever leave, we hand everything over — no hostage-taking.

Sites beyond 10 pages are quoted individually — as a guide, about $300 per additional page. If you need complex functionality like e-commerce, memberships, or a custom web application, our parent studio Phil Kurth handles custom builds.
